Practicality Brown’s policy is to deliver a right first-time service to our customers, meeting all expectations by delivering products and services as described within the contracts. Our overall approach to Quality Management is contained within the Practicality Brown Integrated Management System and is driven by leadership at all levels
We will achieve this by:
• Having effective policies and procedures that provide a framework to ensure we meet Quality
objectives and deliver our business aims and commitments
• Ensuring employees are trained and experienced to undertake their role(s) in order to achieve
defect-free delivery
• Measuring performance and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of
achieving customer satisfaction
• Making informed decisions based on sound reliable data, lessons learnt, risk assessment and
good practice
Practicality Brown’s Board is responsible for:
• Establishing this policy and the company objectives
• Monitoring of quality performance to ensure the effectiveness of the Policy and enable
development and improvement of the Quality Management System
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Providing adequate resources and management to implement and manage requirements across
the business
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
Every individual in the business is responsible for:
• Complying with this policy and its associated arrangements
We will bring this policy to the attention of our employees, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant
interested parties.
