Description

The foliage of Acer rubrum ‘Scanlon’ turns bright orange or red in autumn, with conspicuous red flowers appearing in late winter and early spring. This Northern red maple has two-winged, green fruits that mature to red-brown before dropping helicopter-style from the tree in late spring or early summer.
