Description
Elaeagnus ebbingei ‘Viveleg’ is a pretty small variegated evergreen tree that is highly regarded for its sweet fragrance. The tiny bell-shaped white flowers appear in late summer. It also bears small orange berries in the winter. It’s attractive dark green leaves with yellow leaf margins will brighten any spot in the garden.
With its upright, compact, and dense growth, this Oleaster makes a good boundary plant in a small garden and is ideal for any coastal locations, as it is salt and wind tolerant.

Ideal Conditions: Grows well in most soil, but like all variegated plants will prefer a sunnier spot.
