Description
Malus x zumi ‘Golden Hornet’ is a small crab Apple well known for its yellow marble sized fruits that last well. The blossom is pink in bud and white in flower. It is a good all-rounder, well suited to parks, verges and gardens.
Ideal conditions – Sun to light shade. Dislikes heavy soil and is sensitive to salt. Wind protection is recommended as flowers can be blown away in the spring.
