Description
Prunus x hillieri ‘Spire’ is a small upright cherry that has a profusion of pink flowers and small dark green leaves. The autumn colour is bright oranges and reds, giving a super colourful finish to the season. Like most cherries it does prefer a well-drained soil. Spire Japanese Cherry has been extensively used as a street tree, showing this is a tough, pretty little tree.
