Description
Quercus frainetto or the Hungarian Oak is a fast-growing, spreading, deciduous tree, eventually reaching 30m. Quercus frainetto has dark green, deeply-lobed leaves can reach up to 20cm in length. The greenish flowers are inconspicuous catkins, followed by small clusters of acorns about 2cm long, in hairy cups Great planted as an avenue or individual specimen.
